The project refers to the adaptation and equipping of hotel capacities with the implementation of energy efficiency measures and environmental standards.

The activities that have been implemented relate to the introduction of the building management and automation system (smart building), the development of centralized remote cooling / heating to optimize electricity consumption, including hotel solar system and VRF heating / cooling system and electric lighting with SMART memory management LUTRON.

At the beginning of 2019, the hotel received an EU ECO label certificate that confirms the fulfillment of environmental, social and economic criteria and confirms the commitment of hotel management to ecological standards and principles of responsible business.
