The Old Royal Capital of Cetinje is a cultural and historical center of Montenegro. The capital is visited every year by a large number of tourists who are coming to meet Montenegrin history. Regard to this, the municipality has recognized the importance of introducing energy-efficient vehicles to enable tourists to access cultural-historical monuments on the one hand and to protect the environment on the other.

The project's goal is a promotion of new type of tourist offer and sustainable transportation as well as raise awareness of the use of energy-efficient vehicles.

Within the project, two tourists ecological vehicles will be supply, which will further promote sustainable transport and tourism development and promote the new tourist offer of the city.
