The reconstruction of the hotel Serdar in Mojkovac provides economically cost-effective solutions based on well-integrated systems for reducing energy consumption and using renewable energy sources, increasing accommodation capacities, modern interior design and exterior incorporated into a natural environment. The hotel significantly increases the capacity of accommodation in the municipality (11% in general and 20% of the hotel accommodation).

The project envisages: energy efficient space and sanitary water heating (solar panels / pellets), ventilation and cooling in the kitchen and restaurant area, LED lighting, eco facade on the building and arrangement of parking and courtyard space. The hotel is planned to provide modern tourists with a sense of closeness with natural values and a local community, which will be positively influenced by the proximity of protected areas of highly positioned tourist destinations of national parks Durmitor and Bjelasica.
